The Maxima Summum Prisma Soft is an advanced-level padel racket with a medium balance that stands out for its elegant design, aerodynamics, and on-court performance.

MATERIALS

The Maxima Summum Prisma Soft is made with a bidirectional carbon tubular frame. The core is made of 38mm low-hardness EVA SOFTCOLOR CORE, laminated with carbon and fiberglass layers, and reinforced with carbon fiber. All materials are impregnated with Varlion’s exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin and coated with a layer of titanium dioxide.

SHAPE

This racket features the MAXIMA shape, a hybrid born from the fusion of traditional round (control rackets) and teardrop (balanced rackets) shapes. It is an exclusive Varlion design that adds power to defensive rackets, achieving 60% control and 40% power.

AERODYNAMIC DRILLING

Studies using fluid dynamics software have shown that drilling the center of the racket creates turbulence. Therefore, the Maxima Summum Prisma Soft features a novel Aerodynamic Drilling system.

This technology results in increased core resistance and greater uniformity in hits, which enhances the racket’s sweet spot.

SOFTCOLOR

Softcolor is an aesthetic innovation that colors the core material to match the racket’s design. This feature adds a colorful, elegant, and novel touch to the Maxima Summum Prisma Soft.

SUMMUM TECHNOLOGY

• Longer grip than usual: Typically, rackets have a 12.5cm grip, but Summum rackets have a 14.5cm grip, providing a more comfortable and professional hold, especially for players using a two-handed backhand.
• 1 cm longer hitting surface: The largest hitting surface in a professional racket. The enlarged core provides more control and responsiveness.
• Diffuser Wings Technology: An aerodynamically improved diffuser that enhances maneuverability and precision.

PRISMA FRAME AND PROTECTOR

The Prisma frame was created to prevent damage to the racket when hitting the wall or glass. Its prism shape reduces contact area by up to 90% and improves air resistance by 10%, enhancing maneuverability and acceleration.

For added protection, the Maxima Summum Prisma Soft includes an adhesive protector that fits perfectly with this special frame.

ROUGH TEXTURE SLICE

Slice is the name of the most effective rough texture on the market. It consists of a series of curved lines on the racket face in both directions. This allows both left- and right-handed players to increase spin on slice shots.

HANDLESAFETY TECHNOLOGY

Handlesafety is the security system integrated into the racket’s handle. Traditional rackets have a centered hole through which the cord passes. This method sometimes fails, risking the racket detaching from the cord, which can affect gameplay and pose a risk to players.

Handlesafety technology addresses this issue by ensuring the cord passes through both walls of the handle, preventing separation of the racket and cord. It also offers extra wrist comfort.
