The core of this racket is constructed with the Trademarked Osaka Touch Foam whichis slightly denser than its softer counterpart, but offers some very similar properties. It was also designedspecifically to increase sweet spot-size, but then seeks to offer more control and precision. We achieved this throughdeveloping a slightly less-bouncy foam that allows players to place the ball where they want it around the Padel Court with added precision. The core is then supported by a carbon fiber reinforced glass fiber frame, with its twin tube construction for added rigidity under all conditions. This frame is formed using a twin-tube frame moulding process whichcreates the stiffest, most durable frames structure to date. While in the second stage, the foam is then added into the frame and the face fabrics are applied. This double stage process has allowed Osaka to produce thinner frames with the same properties as their thicker counterparts. The width of these frames varies between 6-9mm. This is then wrapped in a fiberglass face made to compliment the power based shape of the racket giving you ample surface area to strike from.

Lastly, the face is finished with a silica sand surface coating which is a finishing process that has been used for over a decade, in this process resin coated sand particles aresprayed onto the surface of the rackets. This surface means the racket face has more hold on the Padel Ball allowing you to deliver increased spin in your shots.
