On the inside of the foot, where there is more wear-and-tear due to lateral displacements during the game, a larger rubber piece is included to protect the foot. EXO COUNTER is the stability system created by an external buttress of greater rigidity holding the heel and adapting the shoe to the shape of the foot. Thus, the foot-step remains stable in lateral shifting movements and firm at heel entry. Stability is reinforced by the use of the STABILIS system, an injection molded piece that runs from the bridge to the metatarsal stabilizing the foot-step transition. Thanks to this piece, the shoe maintains its shape throughout the game without bending, preventing incorrect twisting. The outsole is manufactured according to the DURABILITY system made of high-density rubber that resists wear-and-tear on the courts. Its deep spike tread pattern ensures grip on the game surface. This more resistant material also protects the toe.
